Delete your account
This page lets you request deletion of your HiveKeeper account and all associated data. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need to have the app installed.
⚠ What gets deleted
All of the following are permanently erased:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All hives, apiaries, and row configurations
- All inspections, voice transcripts, and photographs
- All varroa treatments, harvests, and landmarks
- All shared apiary invitations (yours and those shared with you)
- All profile information including emergency contact details
- Your subscription (active subscriptions will stop billing at the end of the current period)
This cannot be undone.
Request deletion
Fill in the form below. We'll send a confirmation email to the address on file within 24 hours. Once you confirm via that email, your account and all data will be deleted within 7 working days (GDPR requirement).

Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to erasure (Article 17). HiveKeeper processes your account data on the lawful basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)). When you request deletion:
- We must delete your personal data without undue delay (within 1 month, per Article 12(3))
- You can request a copy of your data before deletion — email us and we'll export it
- If any data is retained (e.g. for legal/accounting reasons), we'll tell you what and why
